Responsibilities:
You check and process export orders from order entry to delivery.
You prepare customs and shipping documents for international shipments.
You coordinate transport orders with logistics partners and internal contacts.
You create invoices based on completed customer orders.
You clarify delivery delays and schedule changes with the parties involved.
You support international customers by phone and in writing in several languages.
You monitor material movements and customer-specific stocks in the system.
You reliably maintain master data and item information in the ERP system.
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with experience in international business.
Practical experience in export processing, freight forwarding or international sales back office.
Confident handling of export and transport documents.
Solid user knowledge of ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Precise working method and reliable processing of multiple orders.
Customer-oriented manner and enjoyment in working with international contacts.
German at native level as well as good French skills.
Good English skills in spoken and written form.
