Construction Manager: Building Construction (m/f/d)

Role:
Our ROCKEN partner is looking for a highly qualified construction manager in building construction who holds a federal diploma as a construction manager or an equivalent qualification. As an expert in the industry, you bring sound knowledge of the construction sector and have extensive experience in managing complex construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision and management of building construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules, and quality standards
- Coordination and communication with various construction stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Identifying and proactively resolving challenges during the construction process
- Responsibility for construction billing and documentation
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a federally certified construction manager or equivalent qualification
- Sound knowledge of SIA standards and other relevant construction regulations
- Several years of professional experience in managing complex building construction projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluent German language skills
