Responsibilities:
You create and develop concepts for the operation of mixed Windows and Linux environments with server and client systems
You select hardware, system software as well as network and control components
You optimise the productive operation of IT systems including data backup, recovery, and internal server infrastructure
You analyse faults and error conditions, initiate measures, and monitor their implementation
You support operational activities, participate in IT projects, and lead technical sub-projects
Qualifications:
You have at least 5 years of experience in ICT engineering with a focus on Linux systems
You possess very good Linux knowledge and expertise in Oracle databases, network protocols, and cyber security
You work solution-oriented, independently and bring initiative, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility
You are willing to occasionally take on on-call duties and business travel
You have good German and English skills (at least B2), French is an advantage
