Production Mechanic (M/F)

Our agency, commissioned by a Manufacture based in Geneva, is looking for a Production Mechanic (M/F) to strengthen its existing teams.

Profile sought:

• Federal VET Diploma in Polymechanics, Micromechanics, Production Mechanics or equivalent training.
• Experience in precision machining, ideally in watchmaking or micromechanics.
• Good knowledge of reading plans, machine adjustment and dimensional control.
• Precise, autonomous, conscientious person comfortable in a demanding environment.
• Sense of quality, rigour and teamwork, with a genuine desire to commit long-term.

• Set up and operate CNC and/or conventional machines for the manufacture of precision parts.
• Carry out adjustments, series changes and corrections during production.
• Inspect produced parts using measuring instruments and ensure self-inspection.
• Ensure production monitoring, compliance with processes, plans and quality criteria.
• Participate in first-level maintenance and continuous improvement of the workstation.
