of each person and to implement these optimally in recruitment and career planning.
CI/CD Engineer (m/f/d)
How do you stop a drone in mid-air? Our Rocken partner develops and produces intelligent interception systems for unmanned aerial vehicles. With electrically powered Sentinel systems reaching speeds of up to 230 km/h, the company protects critical infrastructures from unwanted intruders from the air. The solutions combine autonomous flight control, intelligent seekers, and modular design – from pure interception to controlled removal into secure zones. The focus is always on minimising collateral damage. The team works at the interface of defence technology, robotics, and airspace surveillance. Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths characterise the daily work. Are you ready to work on systems that redefine security? Then our Rocken partner looks forward to your application.Role:
There is a lot of automation work between development and delivery. You close this gap. You build out CI/CD pipelines and ensure that builds work consistently everywhere. You independently manage dependency management and container-based test environments. You make release processes, versioning, and traceability transparent. In doing so, you maintain close contact with the software teams.
Responsibilities:
You continuously develop CI/CD workflows as well as automated build, test, and deployment pipelines
You ensure reproducible builds across developer machines, CI runners, and target environments
You manage dependency management and use containers for stable build and test environments
You expand test automation from unit to system tests
You optimise release automation, artefact management, and versioning
Additionally, you eliminate process hurdles together with the development teams and clearly document conventions
Qualifications:
You have solid experience with CI/CD, build automation, and Git workflows
You are familiar with Linux build environments, containerisation, and system tools from practical experience
You have worked with modern build workflows and dependency management
You understand stable toolchains, dependency pinning, and artefact management
You solve complex build and deployment problems in a structured way and script confidently in Bash or Python
You work pragmatically, enjoy improving existing systems, and communicate openly with development teams
Benefits:
- Home office
- Experienced and dynamic team
- Interesting and varied tasks/projects
- Flat hierarchies
- Flexible working hours
- Open corporate culture
