Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation of the platform, utilities, and safety zones
- Coordinate logistics, access, and equipment reception
- Manage a site team
- Plan schedules, priorities, and rotations
- Ensure site safety
- Comply with and enforce safety rules and instructions
- Report any incidents or non-compliance
- Participate in daily inspections and safety briefings
- Act as liaison between the driller, superintendent, and specialised contractors
- Monitor non-drilling activities (assembly, handling, fluids, maintenance)
- Manage stocks, consumables, and supplies
- Track consumption, deliveries, and incidents
- Write daily activity reports


Profile:
- Technical training in drilling, civil engineering, or equivalent
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in drilling, civil engineering, or geothermal energy
- Excellent knowledge of field management and site organisation
- Strong sense of safety and operational rigour
- Fluent French, technical English desired
- Comfortable with IT tools
