Role:

On behalf of a client, we are seeking a qualified professional for architectural planning and technical project processing of diverse new build, conversion, and renovation projects within an established architectural environment. You will be responsible for creating building permit, working, and detailed plans and will oversee smaller as well as larger construction projects across various SIA planning phases. The focus is on CAD planning with ArchiCAD, constructive detail development, digital building modelling, and coordination with architects and specialist planners. The position offers a varied project environment with modern planning methods, independent tasks, and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural planning and CAD drawing for diverse new build, conversion, and renovation projects in Swiss building construction

• Creation of building permit and submission plans including site plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, and building law documentation

• Working and execution planning with the development of precise architectural plans for technical and construction implementation

• Constructive detail planning including component connections, material transitions, building envelopes, and technical execution solutions

• CAD planning and 3D modelling with ArchiCAD including creation, editing, and further development of digital building models

• Project processing according to SIA phases with support in preliminary design, construction design, approval procedures, and execution planning

• Coordination of architectural and specialist planning documents with alignment of structural engineering, building services, and other technical interfaces

• Building law and technical clarifications with authorities, specialist planners, and contractors regarding building regulations and execution details

• Support of project architecture in developing constructive solutions, material concepts, and economical planning variants

• Quality assurance and plan control with review of plan statuses, dimension chains, construction details, and technical requirements

• Plan and documentation management with structured administration of CAD files, revision statuses, plan documents, and project documentation

• Participation in digital project processing using modern CAD and BIM planning methods as well as optimisation of internal planning processes

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture

• Ideally several years of professional experience in Swiss architectural planning, especially in building permit, working, and detail planning

• Very good user knowledge of CAD, preferably ArchiCAD, as well as experience in 2D and 3D plan processing

• Sound knowledge of the Swiss SIA planning phases as well as relevant building law and technical planning fundamentals

• Expertise in building construction, materialisation, and constructive detail development for new build and conversion projects

• Knowledge of BIM-based planning and digital building modelling as well as confident use of Microsoft Office is an advantage

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form for technical documentation and professional coordination
