SAP/HR Specialist (80-100%)

Your tasks

You contribute to the maintenance, configuration and further development of SAP-HR solutions in the areas of personnel management
You analyse user requirements and develop simple, reliable solutions tailored to HR processes together with specialists and IT experts
You actively participate in the digitalisation of the HR information system and the integration of new solutions
You contribute to the further development of HR reporting to better evaluate and utilise data
You lead IT/HR projects or participate in them – from needs analysis to commissioning
You contribute to the integration of various applications and data exchange within the HR information system
You work closely with the cantonal IT office and other internal or external partners
You take responsibility in personnel management, especially in handling personnel files

Your profile

University of Applied Sciences degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience in configuring and maintaining the SAP/HR module as well as a good understanding of HR processes
Knowledge in business intelligence and/or SAP
Experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage
Experience in integrating new IT solutions and project management
Interest in personnel management issues
Strong and proven ability to analyse user needs
Confident written and oral communication skills
Organisational skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Native German or French speaker with good knowledge of the second official language and English
