As part of the development of our medical activities, we are looking for a Chief Clinical Physician to join our Medical Directorate.

Job Description

This position is aimed at a doctor wishing to carry out a varied activity, close to the field and at the heart of regional health issues.

You will contribute to the smooth running and development of the medical activities of the Arc Network through, in particular:

• Occasional replacements within our Medicentres to ensure continuity of care and support medical teams.
• Participation in medical and cross-functional activities led by the Medical Directorate.
• The development and continuous improvement of the Arc Network's care offer.
• Contribution to various medical and organisational projects in collaboration with senior doctors and network teams.
• Support for various activities and cross-functional projects within our Mental Health Division.
• Participation in initiatives responding to the health needs of the Bernese Jura and Seeland populations.

This role offers a comprehensive view of the regional health system and allows interaction with numerous medical and institutional partners.

Qualifications

• Federal medical diploma or recognised foreign diploma.
• MEBEKO recognition obtained or in progress.
• Excellent command of French, minimum B2 level required.
• Driving licence and personal vehicle essential.
• Good knowledge of the region or a genuine desire to integrate sustainably.
• Experience in outpatient, hospital, or primary care medicine is an asset.
• Strong interest in regional health issues and primary care medicine.
