Enterprise System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You manage the entire customer infrastructure in the data centre and ensure the services
You are a specialist in Microsoft Windows Server and Services and are responsible for operations, lifecycle and optimisation
You are also familiar with network, cloud and collaboration services
You are responsible for major incidents and coordinate changes
You support service management and transition projects and continuously further your education
Qualifications:
You have a higher IT education or comparable qualifications with certifications
You know ITIL and service management and understand IT architectures holistically
You bring several years of experience with large IT infrastructures and Microsoft technologies
You optimise and automate recurring tasks and processes
You have very good German and English skills and can conduct meetings in both languages
