Architect Project Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Architecture for the further development and realisation of demanding projects from successful competition procedures. You will take responsibility for architectural projects throughout the relevant planning and realisation phases and lead a small project team through the project work. In doing so, you combine the high design standards of the competition draft with a technically, economically and constructively convincing implementation. The position offers a varied field of activity with a focus on project management, architecture and execution planning.
Responsibilities:
Management of demanding architecture and building projects from design to realisation
Further development of competition projects into technically and economically feasible construction projects
Responsibility for the processing and coordination of the relevant SIA phases
Professional and organisational leadership of a small project team
Control and coordination of architects, specialist planners, specialists and other project participants
Ensuring architectural quality in project, execution and detailed planning
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering and building services
Monitoring of deadlines, costs, planning quality and project goals
Preparation and leadership of project and coordination meetings
Support of approval, tendering and awarding processes
Review of planning statuses and development of constructively convincing detail and execution solutions
Qualifications:
Completed studies in architecture at FH, ETH or university level
Several years of professional experience in project management of architecture and building projects
Solid experience across several SIA phases, especially design and execution
Experience in the professional leadership of small project teams
Good knowledge of Swiss planning, approval and construction processes
Sound knowledge in execution planning, construction and detailing
Very good German language skills spoken and written
