For the Colors & Effects site in Monthey, we are currently seeking a day manufacturing operator (m/f/d) for the support team.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• You train in, apply, and enforce all current EHS procedures and directives to ensure tasks are performed safely and with respect for the environment.
• You are responsible for handling containers containing chemical products as well as emptying tanks.
• Within a team, you operate and monitor complex processes by applying manufacturing procedures.
• You carry out various operational activities related to roadways, waste management, and periodic safety inspections.
• You detect and analyse any deviations, then implement corrective actions decided upon during interdisciplinary team work.
• You participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and operational maintenance of some specific synthesis installations.
• You are trained in the rules on the Transport and Distribution of dangerous goods.
• You perform production support tasks.

PROFILE SOUGHT

• You hold a technical Federal VET Diploma and ideally have successful experience in the chemical industry.
• You comply with EHS directives and place particular importance on safety, health, and environmental issues.
• You are rigorous and professional in applying and monitoring manufacturing procedures.
• You demonstrate versatility and are able to adapt to varied production support activities.
• You show flexibility, motivation, and a good team spirit.
