Nursing Team Leader 80-100

- Ensuring professional, contemporary and individual nursing and care - Active participation in the nursing and care of our residents - Organisation and responsibility for a structured daily routine - Professional and personnel management of employees - Promotion of a positive working atmosphere and a respectful team culture - Co-design and leadership of team meetings - Support and guidance of employees in their professional and personal development - Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration - Active involvement and responsibility in the nursing process - Ensuring correct and complete nursing documentation - Leading medical rounds and collaborating with doctors, pharmacies and other specialist agencies - Cooperation with relatives and legal guardians - Support and guidance of trainees and interns in cooperation with the education officer - Implementation and compliance with hygiene, occupational health and fire protection regulations - Participation in RAI assessments and performance recording - Implementation of quality standards and quality management measures - Ensuring transparent information flow within the various specialist areas - Economical and responsible use of materials and resources

- Recognised diploma in nursing / health care - Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility - Enjoyment of working with mentally and physically impaired people in long-term care - High social competence as well as empathy and assertiveness - Confident oral and written communication - Good IT user skills - Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style - Ability to assess situations objectively and make appropriate decisions - Pedagogical skills and enjoyment in supporting employees and trainees - Team and motivational skills - Constructive handling of conflicts - Driving licence
