Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Ventilation / HVAC for the independent planning and realisation of demanding building technology projects. You will accompany projects from the concept and design phase through to execution planning, site supervision, commissioning and acceptance. The technical focus is on ventilation technology, the dimensioning of systems as well as the development of economical and energy-efficient solutions. Additionally, you coordinate internal project teams and work closely with clients, architects, specialist planners and contractors.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and project management of demanding HVAC projects with a focus on ventilation
Handling projects through the relevant SIA phases from conception and design to realisation
Creation of CAD plans, ventilation schematics, tenders and technical documentation
Dimensioning and design of ventilation and HVAC systems including technical calculations and variant comparisons
Development of energy-efficient, economical and technically sustainable building technology solutions
Coordination of technical interfaces with clients, architects, specialist planners, contractors and other trades
Execution of site supervision and control of implementation regarding quality, costs and deadlines
Preparation and support of tenders, bid evaluations and awards
Leading project, planning and construction meetings and ensuring necessary project coordination
Support during acceptances, commissioning, functional checks and defect rectifications
Leadership and coordination of internal project teams as well as professional support of junior staff
Responsibility for schedule planning, planning quality and project documentation of assigned projects
Qualifications:
Completed higher education at HF or FH level in building technology / HVAC or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in ventilation planning and site supervision
Sound knowledge in dimensioning and design of ventilation and HVAC systems
Good CAD skills, experience with Plancal Nova is an advantage
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building technology regulations
Experience in tendering, awarding, execution planning and commissioning
Experience in professional leadership and coordination of project teams
