What is my role?

Our client needs you to strengthen their team at the Bern location. Your tasks include:

• Implementation of complex heating and cooling systems for commercial and industrial customers

• Independent planning and project design for direct orders

• Ensuring professional, timely, and budget-compliant project execution

• Acquisition of new construction projects and building long-term partnerships with customers, architects, and suppliers

• Application of the latest technologies and innovative solutions regarding materials, products, and processes

• Leadership and coordination of installation teams

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you bring:

• Completed basic training as a building services planner heating EFZ or comparable qualification in the heating sector

• Ideally experience in staff management or as a site manager

• Professional and reliable working style as well as confident appearance

• Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of business management contexts

• Enjoyment of responsibility and leading employees

• Skill in organisation and negotiation

• Strong team and customer orientation

• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as a category B driving licence
