Social Insurance Caseworker

Tasks

• Case management
• Clarify insurance law requirements and obtain medical documents
• You maintain regular written and telephone contact with employers and other involved parties
• In dialogue with internal IV specialists, you decide which IV benefits are entitled
• You draft and justify the IV decision for the individual case
• Conduct location meetings with our clients
• You record the personal, professional and health situation of the client and decide on the further integration path
• You work closely with various specialists of the IV office

Requirements

• Commercial training (Profile E or M) or medical training with commercial further education.
• You have several years of professional experience in case management in the insurance sector and ideally further training in social insurance.
• You enjoy working in a team and know that your individual contribution counts
• You have a strong customer orientation, are resilient and decisive
• Equally important to us is your ability to think in a networked way and we place great value on your written and oral communication skills
