Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a significant corporate group in the Swiss meat industry located in Hinwil, we are looking for a committed individual to strengthen the team immediately or by arrangement. You will take over the financial accounting of various group companies as well as administrative tasks for the slaughterhouse operation. In this versatile role, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, from accounts receivable/payable accounting to deputising in administration.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable of various group companies, including dunning processes
You support financial accounting tasks from bank postings to asset accounting and year-end closing with audit support
You deputise for various administrative tasks
You send weighing tickets, tax lists, and slaughter invoices to customers
You maintain customer master data in the ERP system
You compile monthly statistics, e.g. on electricity consumption and sold animal by-products
Qualifications:
You have at least 3 years of experience in financial accounting; career changers from the meat industry with strong numerical skills are also welcome
You have a strong interest in a responsible and varied role
You are a team player and characterised by discretion and loyalty
You have IT affinity and Excel skills
You communicate flawlessly in German and demonstrate a strong customer and service orientation towards both internal and external parties
