ICT Systems Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Receiving, processing and tracking of IT requests and incidents
Support of users in 1st and 2nd level support
Installation, configuration and maintenance of standard software and IT workstations
Administration and maintenance of the IT inventory as well as the hardware and software used
Participation in the implementation and further development of IT projects
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in 1st and 2nd level support
Sound knowledge of Windows Server and network infrastructures
Good experience with Microsoft and Windows applications
Independent, structured and service-oriented working style with strong customer focus
