- Independent management of controlling
- Responsible for independently preparing monthly financial statements and KPIs as meaningful management tools and reporting to the executive and department heads
- Coordination and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and medium-term planning
- Continuous process optimisation of controlling
- Sparring partner for various stakeholders in all business management issues
- Ensuring financial processes and documentation of the internal control system
- Participation in and/or management of projects in accounting/controlling
Qualifications:
- Advanced business education (specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma, expert in accounting & controlling or university of applied sciences)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Convincing communicative personality with assertiveness and high social competence
- High IT affinity in handling various systems and very good MS Office skills
- Fluent German language skills
