Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to apply your commercial knowledge in purchasing and logistics? In this varied role, you coordinate the procurement of raw materials, maintain direct contact with suppliers and support the further development of existing purchasing processes. You combine organisational tasks with reliable material supply.
Responsibilities:
You take care of the procurement of raw materials and ensure that agreed quantities and delivery dates are met.
You support the development of new sources and contribute to building alternative supply chains.
You maintain direct contact with suppliers and coordinate ongoing matters.
You process and check invoices from suppliers, transport service providers and customs partners.
You keep supplier data and evaluation bases up to date and prepare reports on goods deliveries.
You assist with complaints and administrative purchasing tasks.
You contribute to internal projects to improve procurement processes.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial vocational training.
You have professional experience in logistics handling; knowledge in purchasing is an advantage.
You convince through reliability, initiative as well as an independent and structured way of working.
You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
You are confident in using SAP and common MS Office applications.
