Tasks and ResponsibilitiesWhat You Bring
- You will take on the deputy department management and lead a team in the civil engineering sector
- Within the team, you will work on diverse projects from planning to realisation in road or railway construction
- You will be responsible for costs, quality, and deadlines
- Together with your well-coordinated team, you will develop tailored and innovative solutions for the client in the varied projects
- You will support acquisition activities
- Completed training as a civil engineer (ETH/FH) or technician TS with at least 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering
- Communicative, entrepreneurial, and self-responsible personality with good organisational skills
- Fluent German for negotiations
- Interest in taking on technically varied tasks
- Good knowledge of Swiss standards
