Commercial Support Associate
Role:
The Commercial Support Associate provides general support to the Senior Vice President of Sales and to the Distribution Export Team.
This position requires close collaboration with sales teams across all Spineart regions, operating through both direct and indirect channels.
The Associate will also interacts regularly with a wide range of internal departments —including Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing Communications — and serves as a key point of contact for our external partners (KOL, surgeons, distributors, …).
Missions:
Data Management & Sales Analysis
- Legal documentation management: Responsible for handling the administrative side of customer contracts, agreements including data base entry, tracking renewal dates and initiate with the sales Team the signature of amendments, via Docusign.
- ERP Distribution customer data base management : Responsible to update and set up of new distributors, ensuring customer information is always accurate and up-to-date such as pricing.
- Sales Tracking: Preparing regular and punctual sales reports and helping the team build Business Review presentations to monitor regional results.
- Market Intelligence database: Develop, maintain, and update a market intelligence database to capture competitive information, market actors, average selling price, market share, etc.
Sales Operations & Administrative Support
- Pricing & Quotations: Elaboration and maintenance of the OUS General Price List as well as all the distributor pricing. Ensure that the relevant pricing is set for each customer on the ERP.
- Meeting Coordination: Organizing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales operations (RO) meetings, including the drafting distribution of formal meeting minutes.
- Office Assistance: Managing calendars and global travel arrangements, issuing from time to time specific collection insurance, supporting any tender requirements, and managing some administrative tasks such as the expenses reports for the VP Sales OUS.
Event Management & HCP-VIP Coordination
- HCP-VIP Coordination: Providing end-to-end logistics for surgeons and distributors, including travel, hospitality, and personalized schedules when they visit the HQ.
- Event Planning: Managing all logistics (venue, catering, equipment) for a few national and/or international sales meetings organized by the department.
- Liaison Officer: Acting as the central point of contact for vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Presentation Design: Creating and formatting high-quality PPT presentations for Business Reviews, ensuring a professional and consistent brand image, when needed a few times a year.
PROFILE:
- Highly organized, results-driven professional with a strong client-service mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Advanced expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on Excel for data analysis, sales tracking, and performance reporting.
- Solid experience working with ERP systems and cross-functional business tools.
- Demonstrated experience within a sales department, preferably within the MedTech industry.
- Full professional fluency in English and French; additional languages are a strong asset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 2 to 3 times per year).
Location: You should be located in Geneva or a near area
