Present in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private economy, offering services notably in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension provision, legal and economic advice, as well as training.
As part of the development of its activities, Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company specialising in human resources management and pension funds.
To strengthen our team at the AHV Fund of the Vaud Employers' Federation (FPV) in Paudex (VD), we are looking for an AHV Manager (Disability Benefits and Splitting).
You will join a team of 8 people managing disability (AI) benefits paid to insured persons.
Responsibilities
- Complete management of disability pension files, daily disability allowances, and splitting files
- Calculation and verification of disability benefit amounts, with the preparation of corresponding decisions
- Handling inter-state procedures with European Union countries
- Drafting various correspondence related to the files handled
- Providing information and support to insured persons regarding their rights and benefits
Your profile
- Possession of a commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or an equivalent qualification
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in file management, ideally within an AHV fund
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of German is an advantage
- Comfortable with numbers and proficient with IT tools
- Customer-oriented, proactive, organised, and possessing a very good team spirit
- Demonstrates great rigour in file follow-up, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility
