Present in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private economy, offering services in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension provision, legal and economic advice, as well as training.
As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company specialising in human resources management and pension funds.
To strengthen our litigation department based in Paudex (VD), we are looking for a litigation manager (m/f).
Responsibilities
- Manage the granting, negotiation and monitoring of payment arrangements, ensuring compliance with agreed commitments
- Ensure the follow-up of collections, allocation of payments and control of debit balances
- Handle litigation files in accordance with legal provisions and current procedures
- Analyse the debtors’ situation to determine the most appropriate recovery actions
- Monitor debt enforcement and bankruptcy procedures, including acts, deadlines and due dates, in coordination with the various parties involved
- Analyse recovery data and prepare monitoring tables, statistics and reports using Excel
- Manage communications with debtors, representatives, debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices, as well as requests and complaints, favouring suitable solutions and professional communication
Your profile
- Hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification
- Have at least 4 years of professional experience in a litigation department
- Be proficient with common IT tools (Word, Outlook) and have excellent Excel skills
- Excellent writing skills, comfort with numbers and strong analytical mind
- Good knowledge of the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (DEBA); knowledge of the Occupational Pensions Act (OPA) is an asset
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and follow up on files
- Very good interpersonal skills, diplomacy and ability to handle complex or conflictual situations
- Rigor, autonomy, reliability and sense of responsibility
