ORDER PROCESSING COORDINATOR

Your Mission

• Manage customer orders from entry to shipment, ensuring full coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Shipping, and Finance teams
• Enter and follow up on orders in the ERP system
• Monitor order changes, customer credit limits, and financial status
• Consolidate and prepare key reports, including monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
• Be a key user in charge of order-processing procedures and ERP tests
• Support internal orders and prepare export documents

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics AX)
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with sales forecasting and S&OP processes
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a strong asset
