Are you the person who will join our ZFV management team in French-speaking Switzerland to support us as Multisite Manager in Geneva? Working hours: from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Our task menu
- Management and organisation of two establishments and four points of sale (self-service restaurant, executive lounges, café-bar, conference and seminar service, as well as events)
- Planning, management, monitoring and development of teams
- Conducting regular meetings with teams and managers
- Participation in regular business management meetings
- Recruitment of new employees in cooperation with the human resources department
- Representing the role of host or hostess and being the primary contact for our client on site
- Ensuring consistent quality of products and services
- Contributing to customer satisfaction
- Conducting sales interviews
- Supervising the planning and calculation of food offers
- Planning, organising and executing events
- Preparing and monitoring budgets, achieving the financial objectives of the units
- Carrying out and delegating administrative tasks related to the establishments
- Applying and controlling quality standards as well as hygiene and safety guidelines
- Ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of facilities, as well as compliance with ecological and sustainability commitments
- Strong commitment to sustainability and ecology
The recipe for your success
- Diploma from a hotel school or equivalent; a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a cook or sommelier is an advantage
- Minimum three years of experience managing two or more medium-sized establishments (at least 250 meals per day)
- Proven and inspiring experience in team leadership
- Demonstrated skills in consulting, sales and organising events for 10 to 250 people
- Good command of IT tools (TCPOS, Rexx, Asana, Microsoft Office, E3)
- Quality awareness and attention to detail
- Analytical mind and excellent organisation
- Reliability, loyalty and sense of responsibility
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Fluent spoken and written French, knowledge of English and German is an advantage
