Project Manager Sanitary (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced specialist for sanitary project management and the holistic handling of demanding building technology projects. You will accompany projects from conception and tendering through planning to realisation and bear responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality. In addition to technical project work, you will take on the professional coordination of the team and advise clients and customers on sanitary technical issues. Additionally, you will contribute to the acquisition and further development of existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and execution of sanitary projects from conception to project completion
Development and elaboration of sanitary concepts for new builds, conversions, and renovation projects
Preparation of calculations, offers, and tenders as well as handling technical tenders
Responsibility for project costs, deadlines, quality, and economic project success
Planning and coordination of drinking water, wastewater, and sanitary supply systems
Creation and review of project, execution, and detailed planning
Professional leadership and support of the project and planning team
Coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners, contractors, and suppliers
Advising customers on technical, economic, and energy-efficient sanitary solutions
Accompanying execution including plan review, specialist coordination, acceptance, and project handover
Maintaining existing customer relationships as well as acquisition and consulting of potential new customers
Supporting the further development of CAD-/BIM-based planning processes
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as building services planner sanitary EFZ
Several years of professional experience in planning and project execution of sanitary installations
Experience in project management, calculation, tendering, and cost control is an advantage
Good CAD skills, ideally complemented by Autodesk Revit and BIM experience
Knowledge of relevant Swiss SIA and SVGW regulations
Confident handling of Microsoft Office and Excel
Good German language skills spoken and written
