A versatile position offers the opportunity to actively shape the technical IT landscape of a company while acting as a link to the specialist departments. We are looking for an experienced individual with a broad understanding of systems, applications, and operational processes.
In addition to technical support, you will take responsibility for projects, external service providers, and the further development of the solutions used. The role is suitable for an independent person who implements technical topics practically and supports users competently.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring ongoing IT operations and further development of the existing system landscape
Support of business applications, ERP solutions, and technical interfaces
Management of external IT service providers and coordination of support requests
Leadership and implementation of IT projects as well as optimisation of existing processes
Administration of Microsoft environments, networks, servers, and IT hardware
Consulting and training of employees as well as creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Qualifications:
Training as an IT specialist EFZ, business informatics specialist, or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in system administration, application management, or a similar function
Good knowledge of ERP systems and understanding of data flows, interfaces, and business processes
Solid experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, network technologies, and server environments
Experience in an SME or production environment is an advantage
