Junior ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)

The scope of services ranges from the basic IT equipment of individual workstations to large and demanding network solutions for enterprise and carrier. Responsibilities:
As a Junior ICT System Engineer, you manage the customers' IT environments and ensure stable operation
With your passion for IT technologies, you develop professionally and take on your own tasks
You support the engineering team in customer projects and technical implementations
By working in the service desk, you competently and reliably resolve customer inquiries
Additionally, you contribute to technical concepts and documentation
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ platform development
You have an interest in cloud, Microsoft 365, networks, and modern ICT solutions
German language skills, both spoken and written, are flawless
