Electricity Foreman 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operational management of medium and large-scale electrical sites
• Organise, coordinate and supervise assembly teams on site
• Guarantee respect for deadlines, quality of execution and safety standards
• Plan the human, material and logistical resources necessary for the work
• Ensure the technical follow-up of installations and provide solutions in case of unforeseen events
• Work closely with project managers, clients, suppliers and other trades
• Participate in site meetings and provide regular reporting on work progress

Profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an Installer-Electrician or Assembly Electrician with additional foreman training
• Proven experience in managing and supervising electrical sites
• Excellent organisational and team coordination skills
• Good knowledge of electrical standards and current safety regulations
• Ability to make decisions and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Driving licence essential
