Department Coordinator for the Dialysis Department 80-100%
from 1.12.26 or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- Taking on a competent contact and information point for the dialysis department with a strong customer focus
- Acting as a link between nursing, logistics, housekeeping, cleaning and medical-therapeutic services
- Performing secretarial tasks according to department- and clinic-specific guidelines (coordination and organisation of patient appointments, answering phone calls, ordering laundry, food, medicines and consumables, etc.)
- Responsibility for the appearance of the department
- Maintenance and servicing of various medical-technical devices
- Inventory management including controlling maintenance and repair work
- Competence-appropriate support of nursing staff
Your profile
- You are an MPA or FAGE with professional experience in an acute hospital
- You enjoy collaboration as well as shaping and maintaining relationships
- Your strengths include a confident and well-groomed appearance, resilience, flexibility and initiative
- You keep an overview in a lively hospital environment, know how to handle hectic situations and communicate calmly and reliably
- Customer orientation is your top priority
- Very good oral and written German skills are a prerequisite
