Financial Accounting in the Foundation Sector (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 130,000Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive management of finance and accounting
- Responsibility for accounting, budgeting and payroll according to OR & SWISS GAAP FER
- Project management with a focus on innovation and digitalisation to develop forward-looking & modern solutions
- Active participation in the implementation of the corporate strategy as well as involvement in management
- Support in representing the foundation
Qualifications:
- Federal diploma in finance and accounting or degree in finance/business administration with a focus on controlling
- Initial experience in a comparable position (social sector desirable)
- Motivation to work in a foundation environment
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
- Structured thinking, entrepreneurial action and business understanding
