Methods Engineer (M/F)

Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a methods engineer or technician:

You contribute to analysing customer requests, defining technical solutions, and evaluating costs. You also intervene in the procurement of raw materials requiring a good technical understanding of parts and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare offers and operational sequences

• Analyse customer requests, plans, and technical documents, and gather the necessary information

• Participate in the evaluation of manufacturing costs and technical requirements necessary for preparing offers.

• Provide technical support to production in case of problems

• Act as the interface between sales and the project manager for technical and commercial matters.

• Actively participate in technical exchanges with clients and client visits if necessary.

• Participate in industrial fairs and exhibitions as needed.

• Identify materials, components, and services necessary for preparing offers and operational sequences.

Profile:

• Technical training, ideally in the field of mechanics or micromechanics

• Proven experience in an industrial environment, ideally at least 10 years.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and technical constraints related to production.
