As part of the development of our activities in the Lake Geneva region, we are looking for a Lead Physiotherapist for our Genolier site. This position represents a unique opportunity to combine high-level clinical activity with management responsibilities, strategic development and innovation within a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.

Job Description

As a Lead Physiotherapist, you will oversee the physiotherapy activities at the Genolier site while actively participating in patient care.

Clinical Activities

• Provide care for outpatients and inpatients.
• Ensure a high level of clinical excellence and quality of care.
• Manage complex clinical situations and participate in the development of multidisciplinary treatment plans.
• Develop specialised expertise to meet the needs of the medical network and patients.
• Ensure close coordination with doctors, surgeons, occupational therapists and other health professionals.

Management and Leadership

• Supervise, support and develop the physiotherapy team at the site.
• Participate in recruitment, integration and retention of staff.
• Foster a collaborative, motivating work environment focused on continuous improvement.
• Organise and coordinate activities to ensure efficient and quality care delivery.
• Identify training needs and support the professional development of teams.

Activity Development

• Actively participate in defining and implementing the development strategy of MotionLab Genolier.
• Develop collaborations with specialist doctors, Swiss Medical Network clinics and external partners.
• Contribute to the creation of new services and innovative care pathways.
• Promote the image and positioning of MotionLab in the region.
• Participate in institutional projects aimed at strengthening quality, efficiency and growth of activities.

Quality and Innovation

• Define and evolve protocols, standards and care recommendations.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of treatments delivered by the team.
• Monitor performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement of services.
• Participate in the integration of new technologies and innovative therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications

Education

• Swiss physiotherapy diploma or qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.

• CAS, DAS or additional training in management, leadership or administration is an asset.

• Specialised training in a clinical field (sports, musculoskeletal, neurology, pelvic floor, rehabilitation, manual therapies, etc.) is advantageous.

Experience

• Proven clinical experience in physiotherapy.
• Initial management experience or strong interest in managerial responsibilities.
• Experience in activity or project development is an asset.
