To provide administrative support for the construction project on behalf of the Nursing Directorate/MTT, we are looking, from 1 October 2026 or by agreement, for a fixed term until 31 December 2027:

Your tasks – our position
- Administrative and organisational support for sub-project leaders and hierarchical managers of the Nursing/MTT Directorate, mainly within the framework of the construction project
- Preparation and regular updating of summaries, schedules and other working materials
- Support in the development and documentation of processes, concepts and flowcharts
- Entry, management and updating of processes, tasks and project-related information in the designated tools
- Organisation and coordination of appointments and meetings, including invitations and room bookings
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings, drafting minutes and tracking outstanding items
- Establishment and management of a structured and clear archiving system
- Compilation, formatting and updating of project documents and presentations
- Administrative support for other projects and tasks of the Nursing/MTT Directorate
Your skills – our expectations
- Completed commercial or business management training
- Experience in administrative support and project accompaniment
- Experience in creating and updating summary tables, process diagrams and project documentation
- Organisation, coordination as well as preparation and follow-up of appointments and meetings
- Ensuring structured filing and follow-up of outstanding items, tasks and decisions
- Very good organisational skills as well as a structured and autonomous working method
- Proficiency in common Office applications
- Good communication and coordination skills, as well as a liking for collaboration with different professional groups and project participants
- Very good command of German, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is an asset
