GRC Manager (m/f/d)

You maintain our ISMS according to ISO 27001 including policies, procedures, and documentation
In this role, you identify, assess, treat, and monitor our cyber risks
You ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
You create and maintain policies, standards, management reports, dashboards, and key figures for the Cyber Security Board
In this role, you develop and manage Business Continuity Management (BCM) including third-party management (TPRM)
You conduct internal and external audits, certification processes, as well as tabletop exercises for disaster recovery, BCM, and incident response plans
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a degree in computer science HF/FH
You have one or more further qualifications in the cyber security field
You are well versed in handling cyber risks and compliance frameworks such as ISO and NIST
You bring strong analytical skills, abstraction ability, and problem-solving competence
You enjoy working in a team and appreciate collaboration with others
You approach tasks independently, are communicative, and enjoy cyber security
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
