Technical Customer Advisor (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 85,000Role:
On behalf of an established company from the technology and building sector, we are looking for a customer-oriented individual for the technical advice and support of customers. The employer offers a varied environment with diverse products and technical solutions.
You will advise customers, process enquiries and accompany orders from enquiry to delivery. The position is also suitable for technical professionals from practical experience who are seeking the next step into a customer-oriented role.
Responsibilities:
Advice and support of customers
Assistance with technical questions and product selection
Creation and processing of quotations and orders
Coordination of delivery dates
Processing of customer enquiries
Collaboration with internal specialist departments and suppliers
Qualifications:
Technical training or professional experience in a technical environment
Experience in building technology, refrigeration technology, assembly or service is an advantage
Technical understanding and interest in products and solutions
Good knowledge of German
Also suitable for career changers from a technical profession with an interest in customer advice
