Attached to the Vaud Judicial Order, the ten debt enforcement offices in the canton are responsible for the enforcement procedure, from the notification of the payment order to the collection of the debt or the issuance of the certificate of insolvency. They also maintain various registers and issue extracts from them.
The Debt Enforcement Office of the Lausanne district, which employs nearly 60 staff members, is looking for an employee of a debt enforcement office.
Responsibilities
- Welcome users at the counter, guide them and provide information on the enforcement procedure.
- Assist in the administrative management of a sector: notification of documents, processing returns of payment orders, and issuing extracts.
- Manage simple files, from the submission of the enforcement request to closure.
- Carry out tasks related to the entire enforcement procedure.
- Respond to information requests in assigned areas, both at the counter and by telephone.

Qualifications
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee completed in a debt enforcement or bankruptcy office, or in another field, ideally complemented by 2 years’ professional experience in enforcement and litigation
- Organisational skills, flexibility, speed and accuracy
- Good stress resistance and ability to communicate in difficult contexts
- Mastery of spelling and ease with common IT tools

As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt enforcement register and criminal record less than 3 months old.
