Trust Officer (m/f/d)

In this role, you take your next career step and independently manage financial and payroll accounting as a trust officer. You prepare annual financial statements, coordinate and plan your client portfolio, and ensure all quality standards. You also communicate professionally with your clients via various channels, advise them proactively, and contribute to budget planning and cash flow calculations. With your background in trust services, business administration, or accounting and at least two years of experience in the trust sector, you apply your structured, conscientious, and responsible working style purposefully. Your strong skills in prioritisation and strategic problem-solving, as well as your motivation to develop professionally, complete your profile.
Responsibilities:
- You independently manage financial and payroll accounting
- In this role, you prepare annual financial statements for your clients
- As a trust officer, you communicate professionally with your clients via email, Teams, and telephone
- You proactively advise your clients on their financial matters
- In this role, you ensure all quality standards within your area of responsibility
- As a trust officer, you independently coordinate and plan your client portfolio
Qualifications:
- You have training in trust services, business administration, or accounting
- You have at least two years of experience in the trust sector
- You have fluent German and English skills at level B2
- You are eager to learn and motivated
- You set clear priorities and solve problems strategically
- You work conscientiously, responsibly, and very well organised
