Exciting tasks await:

• As part of the Case Management Support Integration team, you ensure that the linguistic and professional integration process of recognised refugees and provisionally admitted persons living in cantonal accommodation runs successfully
• You accompany the integration processes through regular monitoring, take active steps when problems arise, conduct follow-up discussions and examine alternative measures
• You participate in working and project groups, are responsible for your own area of expertise and act as a contact person for defined specialist offices and partners
• Active networking with internal and external stakeholders such as organisations and other cantonal administrative offices rounds off your range of tasks

What you bring:

• A completed degree at a university of applied sciences or an equivalent education/training
• Several years of professional experience in the integration, migration or social sector, preferably in administration
• Thanks to your strong social and communication skills, you succeed in developing sustainable solutions together with a wide range of stakeholders
• Your interconnected thinking, analytical skills, resilience as well as your structured and independent way of working distinguish you
• You are open to changes and developments in a dynamic environment

Your working environment

The Cantonal Social Service is responsible for public social assistance, asylum and refugee affairs as well as victim counselling and victim support. It is the appeals authority in the field of social assistance and supports municipalities in implementing their family and senior policies. In doing so, we work closely with other administrative offices, municipalities, other cantons, the federal government and third-party organisations.
