Case Manager Support Integration
Exciting tasks await:
- As part of the Case Management Support Integration team, you ensure that the linguistic and professional integration process of recognised refugees and provisionally admitted persons living in cantonal accommodation runs successfully
- You accompany the integration processes through regular monitoring, take active steps when problems arise, conduct follow-up discussions and examine alternative measures
- You participate in working and project groups, are responsible for your own area of expertise and act as a contact person for defined specialist offices and partners
- Active networking with internal and external stakeholders such as organisations and other cantonal administrative offices rounds off your range of tasks
What you bring:
- A completed degree at a university of applied sciences or an equivalent education/training
- Several years of professional experience in the integration, migration or social sector, preferably in administration
- Thanks to your strong social and communication skills, you succeed in developing sustainable solutions together with a wide range of stakeholders
- Your interconnected thinking, analytical skills, resilience as well as your structured and independent way of working distinguish you
- You are open to changes and developments in a dynamic environment
