ERP Support Specialist (m/f/d)

- You act as the master supporter for the entire Ferroflex group
- In this role, you take on 1st and 2nd level support for ICT and ERP enquiries
- As an ICT/ERP SUPPORTER, you form the link to 3rd level support and external service providers
- You support the ICT super users at the Ferroflex locations and train them
- In this role, you are responsible for release management including newsletters and training documentation
- As an ICT/ERP SUPPORTER, you implement smaller ICT projects in infrastructure, hardware/software, network and cloud
Qualifications:
- You have completed vocational training as an ICT specialist or computer scientist EFZ
- You have several years of professional experience in the ICT and ERP environment, ideally in trade or industry
- You are ready to actively realign, further develop and help shape our ICT landscape
- You act in a service-oriented manner and are characterised by a high customer focus
- You have excellent German skills; French and English are a great advantage for you
- You bring sound knowledge of the M365 suite such as Entra, Intune, databases, cloud services and other ICT technologies
