Project Manager Ventilation (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Ventilation for the independent handling of demanding building services projects in industrial, commercial and residential construction. You will be responsible for ventilation projects from planning and calculation through execution to acceptance and handover, keeping costs, deadlines and technical quality in view. As a central interface, you coordinate clients, specialist planners, contractors and installation teams and ensure efficient project execution. The position combines sound ventilation technology with calculation, work preparation (AVOR), procurement and operational project management.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and execution of ventilation projects in industrial, commercial and residential construction
Technical processing and coordination of projects from planning to handover
Preparation of calculations, quotations and change orders as well as support of order processing
Execution of work preparation (AVOR) and coordination of execution with installation teams
Coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners, contractors and suppliers
Responsibility for material procurement, delivery dates and project-related scheduling
Monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality and project progress
Participation in and representation of ventilation technology at construction and coordination meetings
Technical coordination of air treatment, air distribution, duct networks and system components
Coordination of interfaces with heating, cooling, sanitary, electrical and building automation
Support of commissioning, acceptance and defect rectification
Preparation of project billing, revision documents and final documentation
Qualifications:
Completed training as building services planner ventilation EFZ or comparable basic building services education
Experience as project manager, chief installer or in a comparable role in the field of ventilation
Practical experience in project management or technical order processing
Sound knowledge of ventilation technology, calculation, AVOR and material scheduling
Experience with cost control, quotation management and project billing
Knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and building services standards
Very good German language skills spoken and written
