Your Opportunity

For our client – an established company in the Bern region – we are seeking a motivated and reliable support for the daily business of accounts receivable due to a sudden absence, starting immediately.

Your Main Tasks

• Independent handling of daily business in the accounts receivable area (incoming payments, invoicing, postings and adjustments)

• Processing of insurance applications and settlements

• Taking over dunning procedures

• Depending on prior knowledge and experience, exciting additional tasks can be gradually taken on

What you bring

• Practical experience in accounting / finance (focus on accounts receivable)

• Familiarity with the digital "BUHA world" and solid user knowledge in ERP systems

• Enjoyment of structured, precise and partly repetitive work

• No knowledge of closing tasks required

• Gender and age do not matter to us – your experience and digital affinity count!

What to Expect

• Flexibility: 50% workload (based on 41.5 h/week at 100%), preferably spread over 5 half days

• Accessibility: Free parking spaces directly next to the building as well as a bus stop immediately in front of the door

• Team: A helpful team consisting of 2 employees in accounts receivable, 2 in accounts payable and one clerk

• Perspective: Primarily fixed-term for approx. 6 months to relieve the team – but with the option "Never say never"
