IT System Engineer - Focus: Microsoft / Network (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 120,000Our ROCKEN partner provides services in the field of information and communication technology. Role:
Do you want to support customers in implementing modern IT solutions and apply your experience in infrastructure projects purposefully? In this position, you take on technical tasks throughout the entire project process and work on individual ICT environments for companies of various sizes. Quality, sustainable solutions, and close collaboration with customers are central.
Responsibilities:
Planning, implementation, and further development of ICT infrastructures in the Microsoft environment
Implementation and migration of Microsoft 365 with Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
Setup and support of Azure, on-premises, and hybrid environments
Configuration and operation of Azure Compute, Identity, Networking, and Azure Virtual Desktop
Introduction and support of Microsoft Teams telephony as well as other communication solutions
Configuration and maintenance of network components, including switches, WLAN, routing, VPN, and firewalls
Recording and analysing technical customer requirements and developing suitable implementation concepts
Technical consulting and support of customers during project implementation
Handling complex faults and support in 2nd and 3rd level support
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience as a system engineer, technical project manager, or consultant
Solid practical experience with Microsoft 365, especially Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Identity, Compute, Networking, and Azure Virtual Desktop
Sound knowledge of network architectures and firewall technologies
Experience in planning and implementing IT projects as well as supporting customer environments
Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a strong solution orientation
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in technically advising and supporting customers long-term
Advantages include
