Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Project Manager: Architecture for the planning and realisation of architecturally and structurally demanding construction projects in Switzerland. You will take responsibility for projects from the construction project phase through tendering and execution planning to realisation and coordinate the involved specialist departments. The focus is on high architectural quality, precise detailing and material-appropriate construction as well as the implementation of the design idea into the built project. The position combines architectural project management, planning and coordination in a quality-oriented architectural and planning environment.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of demanding building construction projects across several planning and realisation phases
Handling and control of SIA phases 32-53 from construction project planning to commissioning and completion
Further development of design and styling concepts considering constructive and economic requirements
Creation and coordination of project, execution and detailed planning
Development of high-quality construction, material and detail solutions for new build and other building construction projects
Planning and project work with ArchiCAD as well as coordination of digital planning bases
Leadership and coordination of specialist planners, experts and executing companies
Coordination of projects with clients, authorities and other project participants
Management of deadlines, costs, quality and planning statuses within the projects for which you are responsible
Creation and coordination of tender and award documents as well as support during contractor awarding
Review of contractor, workshop and specialist planner plans for compliance with architectural and execution planning
Ensuring project processing in accordance with relevant SIA standards and Swiss building regulations
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies at ETH, FH or university level or equivalent higher education qualification
At least 3-4 years of professional experience in Switzerland in planning and realising demanding building construction projects
Proven experience in architectural project management and specialist planner coordination
Sound knowledge of SIA phases 32-53, execution planning and constructive detailing
Very good user skills in ArchiCAD
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards, approval procedures and Swiss building regulations
Very good German language skills spoken and written
