Role:
In this versatile role, you act as a sparring partner for executives on financial and business management issues. You analyse business developments, identify opportunities and risks, and create a solid decision-making basis for management and operational managers with meaningful analyses.
Responsibilities:
Business partnering for executives on financial and business management issues
Preparation and analysis of monthly reporting and profit and loss accounts
Variance, profitability, and project analyses including provisions and POC calculations
Participation in forecasting, budgeting, corporate planning, and financial statements
Further development of Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions
Automation and optimisation of controlling processes
Participation in data analytics and digitalisation projects
Ensuring data quality, transparency, and internal control system requirements
Qualifications:
You have three years of relevant experience in controlling within an industrial environment and a completed degree specialising in finance/controlling. Very good Excel skills as well as experience with Power BI, Power Query, or comparable BI solutions are required; ERP knowledge is an advantage. You communicate confidently in German and English and convince through analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, a structured and independent working style, as well as enthusiasm for actively developing processes and taking on responsibility.
