Role:

Do you want to apply your experience in finance and accounting in a versatile specialist role while expanding your knowledge? In this position, you combine operational tasks in financial accounting with closing activities, evaluations, and various projects. You work closely with the finance team, support the preparation of relevant financial information, and take responsibility for your own areas. You also have the opportunity to actively develop processes and systems further.

Responsibilities:

• You support the preparation of monthly financial statements and provide the necessary bookings and documents

• You take on various tasks in financial and operational accounting and ensure reliable processing of financial data

• You handle transactions in accounts receivable and accounts payable and support the team in their processing

• You assume the role of key user for financial applications and are the central contact person for technical and system-related questions

• You work primarily with SAP S/4HANA and support users in the efficient use of financial processes

• You conduct analyses on various issues and derive relevant insights

• You assist with year-end closing activities and compile the required documents

• You contribute to the development and application of financial systems and support users as a technical contact person

• You support the finance management with various finance-related questions and tasks

Qualifications:

• You have a commercial or business administration education and have further trained in finance and accounting or are currently undergoing relevant further training

• You bring practical experience in finance and accounting and are familiar with the basic processes of professional financial accounting

• You have experience with closing activities and possess a good understanding of financial contexts

• You work confidently with ERP systems

• You have solid user knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, ideally in the finance area

• You have very good German skills and good English skills
