At the Maison de Vie & de Santé, we welcome people of all ages who require sustained nursing support, and whose needs for assistance with all daily living activities are significant.

These individuals have an intellectual disability, with or without autism spectrum disorder, with or without multiple disabilities. Close collaboration with the RHNE allows us to meet the beneficiaries' needs through a multidisciplinary team.

The Maison de Vie & de Santé offers specialised and individualised support in welcoming and adapted living spaces on the Couvet site, thanks to qualified educational and nursing staff. The homes pay particular attention to providing a harmonious community social life while respecting each person’s privacy, with each individual having their own living space.

Your mission

Within the Maison de Vie and de Santé, you support people of all ages in all daily living activities who require significant assistance to develop their social participation as well as close monitoring of their health status.

You provide specific, preventive, curative and comfort care to beneficiaries in close collaboration with the socio-educational teams and the health and care service.

Your profile

You hold a CFC ASSC or ASE and have experience in the field of disability. You place great importance on the well-being of service beneficiaries as well as the quality of relationships with their networks.

With a positive and constructive mindset, you demonstrate flexibility and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team, while also showing personal initiative. Basic computer skills and a category B driving licence are essential.
