After-Sales Operations Manager Autocorner Group

Autocorner SA is a family business active in the automotive distribution sector for the Audi, Skoda and BYD brands. We have nearly 120 employees and are present in the cantons of Vaud and Valais, with 5 dealerships and 2 used car centres.

We are currently looking for an After-Sales Operations Manager to join our Group, for a position available from 1st December 2026 or as agreed.

GENERAL MISSION

As the After-Sales Operations Manager, you are responsible for the coordination, performance and development of the after-sales activity across all Group sites. You ensure the harmonisation of practices, service quality and continuous optimisation of processes and resources.

You also oversee the monitoring and deployment of the new DMS in collaboration with BYD, ensuring its implementation and coordination of the various stakeholders.

DETAILED MISSION

• Supervise and coordinate after-sales activities across all sites (Lutry, Romanel-sur-Lausanne and Sion)
• Coordinate the implementation of after-sales activities in the Group's new sites (horizon 2027)
• Develop and deploy levers to optimise commercial performance
• Manage performance indicators and implement necessary improvement actions
• Develop the commercial activity of the After-Sales Service
• Harmonise and supervise the handling of customer complaints across all sites
• Organise and monitor quality controls, notably within the framework of ISO audits
• Manage the after-sales budget and optimise resource allocation
• Monitor and deploy the new DMS on BYD sites
• Ensure, monitor and coach After-Sales Managers regarding workshop safety, and propose necessary preventive and corrective measures

YOUR PROFILE

• You have proven experience in automotive after-sales, ideally in a management or coordination role
• You have proven experience in deploying a DMS in the automotive sector
• You master performance management and have a strong commercial awareness, with a marked focus on customer satisfaction
• You have experience in multisite management and coordination and know how to unite teams
• Ideally, you hold a PERCO or COSEC certification for occupational health and safety
• You are oriented towards continuous improvement and know how to identify and implement concrete actions to optimise processes and results
• You are comfortable with budget monitoring, performance indicators and quality controls
• You are organised, autonomous, results-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a strong presence on site

Work locations: Canton of Vaud and at least once a week in Valais
