Responsibilities:
Create production orders and coordinate their execution with internal departments and external production companies.
Track delivery dates and coordinate necessary measures in case of deviations.
Coordinate capacity planning with external manufacturing resources.
Place orders for new products and assortment adjustments according to internal demand specifications.
Operationally support assortment changes during the introduction and phase-out phases.
Participate in demand planning and support product management and sales management.
Check invoices and agreed prices of external packaging service providers.
Collaborate on cross-departmental projects to optimise material supply.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship.
Initial professional experience in scheduling, production control, or materials management is an advantage.
Confident handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications.
Independent working style in processing ongoing orders and purchases.
Structured approach to deadline monitoring and task prioritisation.
Strong organisational skills in coordinating various stakeholders.
Clear communication in exchange with internal specialists and external partners.
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are desirable.
